She ventured into jazz around 2004 -- sitting at the grand piano on Big Band projects; playing Friday night swing dances with the band Double Standard. A bit after that, she joined with The Summit Boys, playing organ on the Santana songs; and The Summit Sisters, the all female band and friends of the boys. Moving to the coast in 2009, through the Sand Bar jam, she met many awesome Santa Cruz musicians, and joined forces in several blues / rock 'n roll groups.
